Point System Malfunction

Details of the Point System Malfunction

Description: Even after entering reward points, they are not reflected at checkout
Time: From around 18:00 on March 16, 2024, to 19:00 on March 17 [Resolved]
Affected Range: Customers who have ordered from the online store in the past and wished to use points during the above-mentioned times
* Customers who saw the discount for the points displayed on the checkout page and had the discount applied in their order details are not affected by this issue.

The provision of campaign points to all customers is not affected. Furthermore, points will be awarded after the shipment of the products.

For Customers Affected During the Period

If you placed an order during the mentioned period and wished to apply points, please contact customer support with your order number. We will update your order details. For customers who contact customer support, we will start responding sequentially from March 18th (Monday).
