Delivery days

In-stock items usually ship in 3-5 days, ordered items usually ship in 20-25 days, and engagement rings usually ship in 40-45 days from Japan. Please check the estimated shipping date at the top of the Add To Cart button after selecting the item.

• In case of high shipment volume, the shipment may be made on the next business day or later.
• We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, summer vacation, winter vacation, and temporary holidays.

Usage Guidelines:

Every PRMAL jewelry piece is meticulously handcrafted, requiring delicate handling. Exercise caution to avoid dropping or subjecting the jewelry to impact.

• Engaging in household chores, bathing, sleeping, or participating in sports activities may result in stains, discoloration, deformation, or damage. It is advisable to refrain from wearing jewelry during such activities.
• Individuals with specific body constitutions may experience itching or irritation. Discontinue use immediately if any skin irritation occurs and consult a physician.
• Using the product in environments with extreme temperatures, such as saunas or ski resorts, or in cold climates, may lead to burns or frostbite. It is recommended not to wear jewelry in such conditions.
• Avoid wearing jewelry when entering hot springs or seawater.

Care and Maintenance:

To minimize dullness and stains caused by sebum, etc., gently wipe the product with a soft cloth after use. Store each item separately in a plastic bag, pouch, case, etc. Avoid storing in direct sunlight, extremely dry locations, or places with high temperatures and humidity.
